Gibbins to be fired

The Toronto Blue Jays are set to fire manager John Gibbons today, according to a source close to the situation. The Blue Jays have lost five straight games and are 35-39 and last in the American League East going into tonight’s game at Pittsburgh. The Blue Jays trail Boston by 10 1/2 games in the division race.
